Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy
The following Terms and Conditions must be read and agreed to before completion of the checkout
process.
We regularly ship products internationally with great success and expect this to continue. There are
a few things out of our control, so please read the following.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds once we ship your order. As soon as your shipment enters the UPS or US
POSTAL system, it is on its way to you and is no longer retrievable by us.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE –
Please BE PREPARED in advance to pay all fees upon delivery.
Please NOTE: When your package is delivered to you, you will be paying UPS or the postal service
for taxes, GST, brokerage etc. We do not know in advance what this will be. It is different for every
country and quite high in Canada.
Some countries have difficult customs clearance agents or prohibit the importation of certain
products which we cannot always know in advance. We highly recommend you check with your
customs authorities before ordering if you are unsure, as we are not responsible for what foreign
postal offices or customs authorities might do with your package OR what they will charge you.
PLEASE NOTE
I-Am Perfectly Healthy and Abundance Enterprises, Inc will NOT be responsible for packages
stopped at customs, or not passing through customs and we will not pay for products to be imported
back to the United States. Although it is rare for a package to be stopped at customs (three times in 7
years), we cannot know for sure what a customs official may or may not allow into your country. We
have found the custom officials in Germany, Spain, Brazil, Austria and Middle Eastern Countries to
not allow supplements in or required an import license. If a package is rejected by customs officials,
it is usually confiscated and there are no refunds from us.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Currently all packages Shipped UPS are arriving to Canada efficiently and in good order. We have
had great success in delivery of our products into Canada thus far ~ Your business is very much
appreciated. HOWEVER, please be prepared in advance ~
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
We are unable to ship to: Cambodia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Mexico, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq,
Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Morocco, North Korea, Republic of Georgia, Thailand, Republic of Macedonia,
Romania, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Vietnam, Sweden, Germany, Afganistan, Nigeria, Malaysia and the
Middle East. However if you still desire to order from us, you can send a certified check in US funds
or a money gram and we will be happy to ship UPS to you.
TAXES, DUTY, BROKERAGE
Please note that taxes, duty and brokerage fees are not included when you place your order with us,
and we do not know what you might be charged at the point of delivery. We will do our best to alter
the invoice in your box and put a lowered valued on products to assist in reducing the extra cost you
incur upon delivery. When UPS Express Delivery is selected this often covers most brokerage fees,
but do check with UPS on your end for clarity, as this varies within each country. I-Am Perfectly
Healthy and Abundance Enterprises, Inc will not be responsible for any extra charges incurred
when your package is ready for delivery to you.
UPS or POSTAL DELIVERY?
We highly recommend UPS since they provide tracking all the way through to delivery, although this
is more expensive. UPS acts as its own broker for clearing customs, which makes it easier to clear
customs and more reliable for ensuring successful delivery of your package. Average delivery time is
8 to 10 business days to most countries when shipping UPS.
POSTAL ORDERS
When we ship postal we are unable to track your package once it leaves the United States and so it
may take additional time to arrive to you, maybe another two to three weeks.
DAMAGE or LOSS
Thus far, we have had only one damaged package with products shipped internationally which is
great news! If your package is sent UPS and damaged or lost, we will work with UPS for
reimbursement and then reimburse you once they settle the claim. If your package is sent via the
postal service we cannot know what might have happened and need to wait 30 days to file a claim.
For this reason we suggest UPS for the most efficient service.
Thank you for agreeing to these terms and conditions. Fortunately, it is very rare for a product not to
reach an international customer. We truly expect your products to arrive to you in a timely manner
and in excellent condition, giving your body what it needs.
PLEASE NOTE: It is highly
recommended to use UPS for shipping, although priority mail is available. FED EX and
the US Postal Service often use high energy, ionizing gamma radiation to x-ray
packages. With some products this can reduce the nutritional content.

Domestic Shipping
PRIORITY MAIL: When you choose Priority Mail, US Postal Service, we ship within 1
to 2 BUSINESS days, since their website has a lag time for scheduling a pick-up. If a
claim is filed with the Postal Service, we have to wait 30 days before the claim can be
filed.
UPS: We have great service with UPS and recommend shipping this way.
When placing an on-line order be sure to put in the correct shipping address and zip
code. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes; they will only ship to a street address.
We ship from Tucson Arizona and packages to the east coast UPS Ground, often arrive
within 5 TO 6 business days, although there is no delivery date guarantee when
Shipping Ground.
If you are on the EST zone we recommend having your products shipped 2nd or 3-Day
delivery.
