I eat tablespoons of this live Blue Green Algae every day -

because NOTHING is more important for our physical bodies than eating the highest quality, nutrient dense foods in place of processed ones.

I pesonally take one to two tablespoons between meals. I thought this algae would taste awful, but it is actually okay. Some people add a few drops of peppermint oil to their taste.
