Thirty Day Return Policy

Although it is rare for us to recieve returns, we realize that not every product is for everyone.

To return any product, it must be unopened, within 30 days of purchase AND WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS VIA UPS. The US POSTAL SERVICE and FED EX both use high energy, ionizing gamma radiation to x-ray packages, which can reduce the nutritional content of products.

PLEASE NOTE: We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and yet we must maintain the quality of our products, which means we will not accept products returned via Fed EX or the US Postal Service.

*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We are very sorry that we cannot refund any international orders due to the high cost the US charges for import fees back into the US. ***

*** There is a 10% restocking fee with all returns ***

We are unable to offer refunds on books,
homeopathics
HDA (High Delivery Acidophilus)
***and these cannot be returned ***

UNDELIVERABLE RETURNS: If UPS returns a package to us as undeliverable, Please Note: UPS charges us for return shipping and charges us for the incorrect address - these charges will be passed on to the customer, as well as the 10% restocking fee.

If an item is to be returned as per the conditions stated above, please e-mail or phone, letting us know of your reason for return. Once we reply to your e-mail or phone call, you can return the products, if they are unopened, undamaged and in excellent condition, along with a photocopy of your original invoice. We will promptly credit your card, for the original price minus ALL shipping, handling and restocking charges.

Return products to the address on your invoice.
