Protein Drink Ingredients

Most people believe they are obtaining enough protein from meat, chicken and fish.

Remember meat, chicken and fish offer between 15% and 17% protein. Also these animal products are a lot of work for the entire digestive system i.e. the liver and kidneys to process through the body. A tremendous amount of digestive enzymes are needed to break the animal protein down.

Animal products are acidic.

To make it easier on the digestive system, I personally drink a 40 to 60% protein rich drink in the am and usually again in the early afternoon. The following items are pre-digested, and easily assimiliated.

I drank this combination daily for two months and rarely ate animal products. I needed to experience for myself if this would really be effective in stabilizing my energy. This combination drink did the trick for me, so I share.

Maryanne’s Energizing Morning Drink

¾ cup or more of alkaline or quality filtered water
1 tablespoon rice protein powder
1 heaping tablespoon organic hemp protein powder (40% - 50% protein)
2 tsps Nutrex spirulina powder – (60% protein)
2 to 3 tsps of Raw Cacao powder (strong antioxidant)
1 TBSP Udo’s oil – 3.6.9 blend (Omegas and more)
1 TSSP Maca powder (optional adrenal support - for tired, worn out adrenals)
   AND
optional high density food
1 Tablespoon blue green algae E3Live

Mix in a blender for a few seconds and drink.

Afternoon: In the early afternoon, I will occasionally make a 2nd drink, eliminating the UDO’s oil. The protein is food for the brain and heart, the E3Live provides 64 easily absorbed vitamins, minerals and enzymes and has more biologically active chlorophyll than any known food. It is the most nutrient dense food known to mankind. Direct food for the cells, strengthing the DNA, and the cacao helps keep me alert in the afternoon.

Maca Powder
Combat fatigue and stress
Support for tired, worn out adrenals
(steroid use can exhaust adrenals)

Maca has long been used to increase stamina, boost libido, and combat fatigue for good reasons. The root is a superb adaptogen, as it enables the body to more easily adapt to and regulate stress factors imposed upon it. Studies have also identified four alkaloids present in maca, which are known to nourish the endocrine system (the system in the body which is responsible for the production and maintenance of hormones). Maca root is a highly nutrient-dense whole food, as it is packed with vitamins, plant sterols, many essential minerals, amino acids and healthy fats. This is a particularly powerful and balanced food for athletes and those who are looking to combat stress or increase stamina.

Cacao Powder – Rich in antioxidants
Antioxidant rich
Dietary fiber
High in iron and magnesium

Cacao contains a naturally rich supply of antioxidants, and is also an excellent source of dietary fiber. In addition, cacao is known to be one of the highest dietary sources of magnesium, contains an impressively high iron content, and also possesses many other essential minerals in significant quantities.

Rice Protein powder
Protein from sprouted grain rice
Vegan and hypoallergenic

I add this to my drink for a little addt’l protein and to smooth the taste of all the other ingredients combined.

Much good health to you...!
